T3 Tales: 18 months; 25 weeks

Easter Sunday

Benett is now 18 months old and I just officially passed the 25 week mark in Andrew's pregnancy.Needless to say, both Benett and I are changing weekly. My belly is ever increasing in size and Benett continues to learn new and cute things. Recently, he has learned to spin around in a circle, put is head on the floor with his bottom in the air like he is going to do a forward roll, say "up" and stand up and then say "down" and squat down.

We also had a super cute moment the other day when we were visiting Nana and Papa. We were all outside walking around in our pajamas one morning and Benett was having a great time running down the sidewalk between Daddy and Papa and then looked up at me with a big grin pointing to his mouth. The pointing to his mouth is what he and Nana do when they sing "If you're happy and you know it." He was happy!

We took Benett to his first UT sporting event a few weeks ago. He loves watching baseball and would say "GO!" every time he heard the bat hit the ball. I love both of these pictures of Mike and Benett playing on the grass at the baseball field.

We attended an Easter Egg Hunt with the Andrew's family and Mike and I got Benett there about 2 minutes too late. Needless to say, all the eggs were gone, and Benett was left empty handed. Mike thinks both of these photos pretty much sum-up the day for B (Olivia and Molly with their baskets full of goodies trying to share with Benett and then Benett standing over his empty bucket). Good thing we did our own Easter egg hunt at the house just for him on Easter Sunday.

Benett and Brinks have reached a new level of friendship recently. Benett is always very interested in what Brinks is doing and tries to get Brinks to play with him. Just yesterday Benett was running after Brinks with his inflatable penguin that giggles and Brinks was trying to hide and get away. Pretty funny! Benett also likes to watch Brinks catch the frisbee in the backyard and always tries to entice Brinks to play by holding the frisbee out and saying "Bri..Bri!"

I told you he had a new found interest in Brinks.

Riding around the Natural Gardener with Nana and Papa while Mike and I shopped for backyard plants. Benett really liked the wagon!

These are from our last day of swimming lessons. Mike was able to come and watch the last class and take some great pictures. Benett was very happy that Daddy was there to watch his new skills. He couldn't keep the smile off his face.
